  • Methodical Pod 18, 21-31 Shacklewell Lane London United Kingdom (map)

For many, the idea of staring a Bullet Journal is equal parts thrilling & daunting. This workshop helps you not only understand the Bullet Journal Method, but helps to to start work that works just for you.

Introduction to Bullet Journaling (2) - The Study Room London.jpeg

Grouped in with expressive writing, The act of Bullet Journaling is one of the most beneficial kinds of writing, often called “expressive writing”, a 2005 study found using this method to be incredibly therapeutic. This fun, intimate & informal (and a little sweary) workshop will help get your started, demystify the world of "spreads" , "logs" & "trackers" and get you on the path toward organised, Bullet Journalled Bliss

So, how are you going get me Bullet Journaling?

Understanding Personality Types

First we will run through the basics of the method & its founder, Ryder Carroll. This will help you make sense of (including some of the jargon) the Bullet Journal Community.

Understanding the benefits... and you

(With an aperitif) we will discuss the myriad of benefits having a Bullet Journal can give you. The workshop will also give you the opportunity to find your Bullet Journal Personality (which will in turn, help you to stay enthused with the method) which can be applied in practice when...

...we start your Bullet Journal!

We provide the tools, we will get you started on your first of many monthly spreads!

Get messy, giving you the time to develop your own personal Bullet Journal Style, sharing with others (and learning from others) in the group.

Begin the evening unsure of what a "signifier" is, leave knowing that you have started a practice that will help you stay organised, productive & on top of all of your projects!

Run by the Sharp - tongued & (somewhat organised) Founder of Methodical (who has been Bullet Journaling for over three years) , who also moonlights as a productivity consultant; the event will be held in their HQ in the Boutique Mall in the Heart of East London, The Factory Dalston.

The space is fun space (with cocktails and/or wine) with all the tools to help you work to live, not the other way around.
